Join Urban Rec for the Granville Island Brewing Hearbreaker coed basketball tournament on February 8th at BCIT!

Standard Urban Rec basketball rules apply- this means that games are self-officiated and teams should emphasize playing with good sportsmanship. Teams registering for this tournament must be familiar with Urban Rec basketball rules. This tournament is open to teams that played in the tournament last Winter, as well as any teams currently playing in Urban Rec leagues (any interested persons that do not meet either of the above requirements may contact Adriel directly to inquire further).

Teams will have 3 round-robin games and then all teams will make the playoffs.  Round-robin games will each be 25 minutes in length; playoff matches will be comprised of two 25-minute halves.  Playoffs are single-knockout.  Teams may be reseeded during/after the round-robin portion of the tournament.  Division Champs will receive a set of sweet champion tshirts!

Tournament will begin at 9am and end at 6pm.

Registration is $375 (tax included) per team.
