Urban Rec is proud to host leagues at the new Langley TOCA/USC complex!  Located near the Langley Sportsplex and Cineplex movie theaters, the TOCA/USC complex has two indoor playing areas- an artificial turf pitch and a sport court.  A variety of sports can be played at this facility, including indoor soccer, basketball, dodgeball, and floor hockey.  We even offer a multisport league which combines all of the above!
