Urban Rec Indoor Soccer - the world's game modified for indoor play!
These fun, social leagues are open to all skill levels and and require that two of each gender are on the court at all times. Depending on the location, game times are generally between 6:00pm-11:00pm and teams must be able to play at any time slot between 6:00pm-11:00pm as the schedule of games will vary time slots each week. Please check your specific league information for the game times for your location.
When playing in Urban Rec indoor soccer, you will play one game each week consisting of two 25-minute halves.

Individual Player Information
Signing up solo? No problem! Individual teams start in the most Recreational Division available, designed for new or beginner players looking to learn, improve, and have fun. Individual registration at other skill levels is not offered as in our experience, there are generally not enough individual registrants at other skill levels to create full teams. If you don’t see individual registration as an option for a league, then individual registration is NOT AVAILABLE for that league
*Notes:
- upcoming league information will be posted at the bottom of this page as bookings are finalized (additional leagues may be posted closer to the registration date)
- not all leagues may be offered in each season due to facility unavailability
- not all leagues may offer individual registration
- note that individuals’ teams are recreational in nature and are seeded as such (at least initially). More experienced players are welcome to join, but be aware that the overall skill level is generally less experienced
- individuals’ teams are responsible for choosing (or volunteering) someone on the team to play goalie (or you can take turns)
