Urban Rec runs indoor coed basketball leagues at a variety of locations including Richmond and Burnaby.

As league information is finalized, it will appear at the bottom of this page under “Upcoming Leagues”.
If you don’t see individual registration as an option for a league, then individual registration is NOT AVAILABLE for that league.
*NOTE- due to seismic upgrading being done, the SFU basketball league will not be available in the January season.
Urban Rec coed basketball leagues are offered at the Richmond Olympic Oval, the Christine Sinclair Centre in Burnaby, and other locations depending on availability.
These fun, social leagues are open to all skill levels. Each team must have a minimum of 2 members of each gender on the court at all times.
Teams will play in one-hour time slots once a week and must be able to play between 7:00pm - 11:00pm.

Not all leagues will offer individual registration.
Please note- all individuals’ teams are registered as recreational and placed in the lowest division available for that league.

- not all leagues may offer individual registration
- note that individuals’ teams are recreational in nature and are seeded as such (at least initially). More experienced players are welcome to join, but be aware that the overall skill level is generally less experienced.
