Urban Rec coed basketball leagues are offered at the Richmond Olympic Oval, the Christine Sinclair Centre in Burnaby, and other locations depending on availability.
These fun, social leagues are open to all skill levels. A complete starting lineup should consist of five players including at least two women and one man.
Teams will play in one-hour time slots once a week and must be able to play between 7:00pm - 11:00pm.

Individual Player Information
Signing up solo? No problem! Individual teams start in the most Recreational Division available, designed for new or beginner players looking to learn, improve, and have fun. Individual registration at other skill levels is not offered as in our experience, there are generally not enough individual registrants at other skill levels to create full teams. If you don’t see individual registration as an option for a league, then individual registration is NOT AVAILABLE for that league

- upcoming league information will be posted at the bottom of this page as bookings are finalized (additional leagues may be posted closer to the registration date)
- not all leagues may be offered in each season depending on facility availability
- not all leagues may offer individual registration
- note that individuals’ teams are recreational in nature and are seeded as such (at least initially). More experienced players are welcome to join, but be aware that the overall skill level is generally less experienced.
